In dit artikel presenteren we een methode om tumor bloedvaten analyseren in vivo met behulp van dynamische contrast-verbeterde fluorescentie videomicroscopie. Twee kwantitatieve parameters werden overgenomen: functionele capillaire dichtheid als gevolg van de doorbloeding van de tumor, en de index lekkage als gevolg van de lekkage van de endotheliale wand.
