Wir berichten über eine effiziente und einfache Methode, um Embryonen in frühen Stadien der Entwicklung Isolat aus<em> Arabidopsis thaliana</em> Samen. Bis zu 40 Embryonen in 1 Stunde bis 4 Stunden isoliert werden, abhängig von der Downstream-Anwendungen. Das Verfahren eignet sich für die Transkriptom-, DNA-Methylierung, die Expression des Reportergens, Immunfärbung und Fluoreszenz<em> In situ</em> Hybridisierung analysiert.
