Leucin rich repeat kinaser 1 og 2 (LRRK1 og LRRK2) er Multidomain proteiner, som koder for både GTPase og kinase-domæner, og som er phosphoryleret i celler. Her præsenterer vi en protokol til at mærke LRRK1 og LRRK2 i celler med 32P orthophosphat, hvilket giver et middel til at måle deres samlede cellulære phophorylation niveauer.
