Dette manuskript introducerer en robust metode til at opdigte konkave microwells uden behov for komplekse høje omkostninger faciliteter. Ved hjælp af magnetisk kraft, stål perler og en gennem hullet array, blev flere hundrede microwells dannet i 3 cm x 3 cm Polydimethylsiloxan (PDMS) substrat.
