Dette manuskriptet introduserer en robust metode for fabrikasjon konkave microwells uten behov for komplisert høykostland fasiliteter. Bruker magnetisk kraft, stål perler og et gjennom-hulls utvalg, ble flere hundre microwells dannet i en 3 cm x 3 cm polydimethylsiloxane (PDMS) substrat.
