Hier presenteren we een protocol voor het isoleren en de teelt van volwassen ratten ventriculaire cardiomyocytes (ARVC). Geïsoleerde ARVC kan worden gebruikt voor de teelt van korte en lange termijn. De isolatie en de teelt van ARVC kunnen spelen een sleutelrol bij de ontwikkeling van nieuwe behandeling regimes voor hartziekten.
