Duidelijk naar voren komt een protocol voor het detecteren van gelijktijdige uitdrukking van leukemie stamcel merkers op primaire acute myeloïde leukemie cellen door stroom cytometry. We laten zien hoe te kwantificeren drie voorlopercellen populaties en een vermeende LSC bevolking met de toenemende mate van rijping. We hebben bevestigd dat de aanwezigheid van deze populaties in overeenkomstige patiënt-afgeleid-xenografts.
