Antistoffer som binder å målrette reseptorer på cellens overflate kan gi conformation og klynging endringer. Disse dynamiske endringer har implikasjoner for å karakterisere narkotika utvikling i målcellene. Denne protokollen bruker AC confocal mikroskopi og bilde korrelasjon spektroskopi gjennom ImageJ/FIJI å kvantifisere omfanget av reseptor klynger på cellens overflate.
