Den eksperimentelle prosedyren på immunophenotyping av murine orthotopic PDAC homografts tar sikte på profilering svulst immuno-microenvironment. Tumorer er orthotopically implantert via kirurgi. Svulster 200-600 mm3 størrelse var høstet og avstand for å forberede encellede suspensjoner, etterfulgt av flere immun markør FACS analyse ved hjelp av ulike fluorescently merket antistoffer.
