Hier presenteren we een protocol voor de in vivo bepaling van naïeve CD4 T cel (T-cel) activering, proliferatie en differentiatie van de Th1 geïnduceerd door GM-CSF beenmerg (BM)-afgeleide dendritische cellen (DC's). Dit protocol beschrijft Daarnaast BM en T-cel isolatie, DC generatie en DC en T-cel adoptief overdracht.
