Hier beschrijven we een eenvoudige methode om te induceren van klinisch relevante huid decubitus (PUs) in een muismodel van dwarslaesie (SCI). Dit model kan worden gebruikt in pre-klinische studies naar scherm voor verschillende therapeutics voor genezing PUs in SCI patiënten.
