Nous décrivons ici une méthode de photoblanchiment afin de réduire l’autofluorescence des cyanobactéries. Après photoblanchiment, microscopie stochastique reconstruction optique est utilisée pour obtenir des images de Super-résolution en trois dimensions de l’anneau FtsZ cyanobactérie.
