En exosome er en ny generation af drug delivery luftfartsselskaber. Vi etablerede en exosome isolation protokol med højt udbytte og renhed for siRNA levering. Vi har også indkapslet fluorescently mærket uspecifikke siRNA i exosomes og undersøgt den cellulære optagelse af siRNA-loaded exosomes i kræftceller.
