We beschrijven een nieuwe intrathoracale oerge-anastomotic techniek die is ontworpen om een anastomose met een grote diameter te creëren en tegelijkertijd de bloedtoevoer van de leiding te handhaven om de incidentie van anastomotic lekken en vernauwingen te minimaliseren. Constructie en oriëntatie van de maagleiding ontworpen om de bovenste maag-darmkanaal functie te optimaliseren wordt ook beschreven.
