Germinant receptor proteiner klynge i 'germinosomes' i den indre membran af Bacillus subtilis sporer. Vi beskriver en protokol bruger super opløsning mikroskopi og lysstofrør reporter proteiner til at visualisere germinosomes. Protokollen identificerer også spore indre membran domæner, der fortrinsvis farves med membran farvestof FM4-64.
