In diesem Artikel stellen wir das Protokoll vor, das als HRM-basiertes Target Induced Local Lesions In Genomes (TILLING) beschrieben wird. Diese Methode nutzt Fluoreszenzänderungen beim Schmelzen des DNA-Duplex und eignet sich für das Hochdurchsatz-Screening sowohl der Insertion/Deletion (Indel) als auch der Single Base Substition (SBS).
