We beschrijven een protocol voor de echografie geleide implantatie van Murine-afgeleide alvleesklier ductaal adenocarcinoom cellijnen rechtstreeks in de inheemse tumor site. Deze aanpak resulteerde in alvleesklier tumoren detecteerbaar door echografie scannen binnen 2-4 weken van injectie, en aanzienlijk verminderd de proportie tumor cel zaaien op de peritoneale muur in vergelijking met chirurgische orthotopic implantatie.
