אנו מציגים זרימת עבודה זמינה בחופשיות שנבנתה לחיפוש מהיר וניתוח מדויק של גופים סלולריים בתאי תא ספציפיים בתמונות מיקרוסקופית הקרינה. זרימת עבודה ידידותית למשתמש זו מיועדת לתוכנה הפתוחה בקוד הפתוח אייסי ומשתמשת גם בפונקציות ImageJ. הצינור הוא במחיר סביר ללא ידע בניתוח תמונה.
