Vi presenterar en RT-LAMP-analys för detektering av TiLV i tilapiafisk med enkla instrument under en relativt kort tidsperiod jämfört med konventionella RT-PCR-tekniker. Detta protokoll kan bidra till att kontrollera den epidemiska spridningen av TiLVD, särskilt i utvecklingsländerna.
