Her er fire metoder for generering av testikkelorganoider fra primære neonatale murine testikkelceller beskrevet, det vil vil at ekstracellulær matrise (ECM) og ECM-frie 2D- og 3D-kulturmiljøer. Disse teknikkene har flere forskningsapplikasjoner og er spesielt nyttige for å studere testikkelutvikling og fysiologi in vitro.
