Hier wird das photothrombotische Schlaganfallmodell beschrieben, bei dem ein Schlaganfall durch den intakten Schädel erzeugt wird, indem eine permanente mikrovaskuläre Okklusion mittels Laserbeleuchtung nach Verabreichung eines lichtempfindlichen Farbstoffs induziert wird.
