Denne protokol præsenterer dias forberedelse og automatiseret scoring af γ-H2AX foci assay på perifere blod lymfocytter. For at illustrere analysens metode og følsomhed blev isolerede lymfocytter bestrålet in vitro. Denne automatiserede metode til DNA DSB-detektion er nyttig til hurtige og højgennemsigtede biologiske dosimetryapplikationer.
