Este protocolo demonstra um novo método para a aplicação de terapias genéticas a subpopulações de células em ratos neonatais em idades pós-natais de 5 a 10 dias, injetando um modificador quimiogenético anterógrado no córtex somatomotor e uma Cre recombinase retrógrada transportável na medula espinhal cervical.
