Een verbeterd platform voor de kweek van hele embryo's maakt een continue en robuuste ex utero-ontwikkeling van postimplantatiemuismyo's gedurende maximaal zes dagen mogelijk, van pregastrulatiestadia tot gevorderde organogenese. In dit protocol beschrijven we de standaardprocedure voor succesvolle embryokweek met behulp van statische platen en roterende flessystemen.
