Dit artikel introduceert een eenvoudige methode voor snelle productie van gigantische unilamellaire blaasjes met ingekapselde cytoskeletale eiwitten. De methode blijkt nuttig te zijn voor bottom-up reconstitutie van cytoskeletstructuren in opsluiting en cytoskelet-membraaninteracties.
