Jongvolwassen Caenorhabditis elegans-nematoden worden gedurende 2-24 uur blootgesteld aan verschillende concentraties commerciële pesticiden of andere toxische stoffen. Vervolgens kunnen verschillende neuronen worden gevisualiseerd met behulp van fluorescerende spanningen. Dit artikel laat zien hoe nematoden kunnen worden blootgesteld aan pesticiden en neuronschade kan worden beoordeeld.
