Les échelles d’évaluation clinique ne sont pas suffisamment sensibles au dysfonctionnement cognitif chez les patients victimes d’un AVC de haut niveau. Le paradigme de la double tâche présente des avantages et un potentiel dans l’évaluation et l’entraînement cognitif du dysfonctionnement cognitif. L’étude propose ici un paradigme de Stroop à double tâche pour identifier le dysfonctionnement cognitif chez les patients victimes d’un AVC de haut niveau.
