As escalas de avaliação clínica não são suficientemente sensíveis à disfunção cognitiva em pacientes com AVC de alto funcionamento. O paradigma da dupla tarefa apresenta vantagens e potencialidades na avaliação e treinamento cognitivo da disfunção cognitiva. O estudo aqui propõe um paradigma de Stroop de dupla tarefa para identificar disfunção cognitiva em pacientes com AVC de alto funcionamento.
