El presente protocolo destaca la aplicación de la técnica Western blotting para estudiar las funciones y actividades del cotransportador neuronal K-Cl KCC2. El protocolo describe la investigación de la fosforilación de KCC2 en los sitios reguladores de quinasa Thr906/1007 a través de Western blotting.
