Le protocole présenté ici montre la synthèse d’un hydrogel adhésif fort gélatine o-nitrosobenzaldéhyde (gélatine-NB). La gélatine-NB a une capacité d’adhérence tissulaire rapide et efficace, qui peut former une barrière physique solide pour protéger les surfaces des plaies, de sorte qu’elle devrait être appliquée au domaine de la biotechnologie de réparation des blessures.
