Neste manuscrito, um protocolo é apresentado para executar a medida FACS-baseada da atividade transcricional de BK-Polyomavirus usando as pilhas HEK293T transfected com um plasmídeo bidirecional do repórter que expressa tdtomato e EGFP. Este método permite determinar quantitativamente a influência de novos compostos na transcrição viral.
