Biochemische en structurele analyses van geglycosyleerde eiwitten vereist relatief grote hoeveelheden van homogene monsters. Hier presenteren we een efficiënte chemische methode voor site-specifieke glycosylatie van recombinante eiwitten gezuiverd van bacteriën door zich te richten van reactieve Cys thiolen.
