يوصف أسلوب لمراقبة اليوبيكويتين-proteasome النشاط في الخلايا الحية. يتم إنشاء A-degron مزعزعة الاستقرار GFP-(GFP-DGN) ومستقرة انصهار بروتين GFP-dgnFS وtransduced في الخلية باستخدام ناقلات lentiviral التعبير. هذا الأسلوب يسمح لإنشاء خط خلية مستقرة GFP-dgn/GFP-dgnFS معربا عن الذي يمكن اليوبيكويتين-proteasome النشاط المقررة بسهولة باستخدام epifluorescence أو التدفق الخلوي.
