O objetivo do protocolo é comparar diferentes condições de revestimento de matriz extracelular (ECM) para avaliar como o revestimento diferencial afeta a taxa de crescimento de células-tronco pluripotentes induzidas (iPSCs). Em particular, pretendemos estabelecer condições para obter o crescimento ideal das culturas de iPSC.
