El objetivo del protocolo es comparar diferentes condiciones de recubrimiento de matriz extracelular (ECM) para evaluar cómo el recubrimiento diferencial afecta la tasa de crecimiento de las células madre pluripotentes inducidas (iPSC). En particular, nuestro objetivo es establecer las condiciones para obtener un crecimiento óptimo de los cultivos iPSC.
