Die Herstellung von elektrisch adressierbaren, high-aspect-ratio (> 1000:1) Metallnanodrähte durch Lücken einzelner Nanometer entweder mit Opferschichten aus Aluminium und Silber oder selbstorganisierten Monoschichten als Vorlagen getrennt beschrieben. Diese Nanogap Strukturen werden ohne Reinraum oder ein beliebiges Foto-oder Elektronenstrahl-Lithographie-Prozesse durch eine Form der Kante als Lithographie bekannt Nanoskiving hergestellt.
