Hier präsentieren wir Ihnen ein Protokoll für die nicht-invasive Beurteilung der Eizelle Entwicklungskompetenz während ihre in Vitro Reifung von Germinal Vesicle zur Metaphase II Stufe durchgeführt. Diese Methode verbindet Zeitraffer Bildgebung mit Particle Image Velocimetry (PIV) und neuronale Netzwerkanalysen.
