Här presenterar vi ett protokoll för icke-invasiv bedömning av äggcell utvecklingsmässiga kompetens under deras i vitro mognad från den germinal vesikler till metafas II scenen. Denna metod kombinerar time-lapse imaging med particle image velocimetry (PIV) och neurala nätverk analys.
