Hier presenteren we een eenvoudige methode om te kwantificeren van hematopoietische stamcellen en voorlopercellen cellen (HSPCs) in embryonale zebrafish. HSPCs van gedissocieerde zebrafish zijn verguld in methylcellulose met ondersteunende factoren, differentiëren in volwassen bloed. Hierdoor kan de detectie van bloed gebreken en kunt drug screening om te gemakkelijk worden uitgevoerd.
