Diese Arbeit stellt eine Methode für die Herstellung von mikrofluidischen Droplet-basierten Plattformen und die Anwendung von Polyacrylamid Mikrosphären für Mikrosphären-PCR Verstärkung. Die Mikrosphären-PCR-Methode ermöglicht es, einzelsträngigen DNA-Amplifikate ohne Trennung doppelsträngige DNA zu erhalten.
