Hier presenteren we een protocol voor live-imaging wond reparatie en de geassocieerde inflammatoire respons bij hoge spatio-temporele resolutie in vivo. Deze methode maakt gebruik van de popstadium van Drosophila ontwikkeling om op lange termijn beeldvormings- en na verloop van tijd het volgen van specifieke cel populaties en is compatibel met efficiënte RNAi-gemedieerde gene inactivatie.
