Her præsenterer vi en effektiv metode til at undersøge den anti fibrotiske aktivitet af intravenøst inanvendte humane mesenchymale stromale celler opnået fra hele navlestrengen efter induktion af lungeskade ved en endotracheal tubus injektion af bleomycin i C57BL /6 mus. Denne protokol kan let udvides til den prækliniske testning af andre terapeutiske midler.
