Mælkekirtlen er en tolaget struktur, bestående af ydre myoepithelial og indre luminale epitelceller. Præsenteret er en protokol til at forberede organoids ved hjælp af differentiale trypsinization. Denne effektive metode gør det muligt for forskere at separat manipulere disse to celletyper til at udforske spørgsmål vedrørende deres roller i mælkekirtlen form og funktion.
