Presentiamo un protocollo per la determinazione della chiralità multicellulare in vitro, utilizzando la tecnica del micropatterning. Questo test consente la quantificazione automatica dei bias sinistra-destra di vari tipi di cellule e può essere utilizzato a scopo di screening.
