Um fluxo de trabalho é demonstrado para a quantificação absoluta das interações fármaco-célula transportadora usando citometria de fluxo para permitir uma melhor avaliação racional de novos sistemas de liberação de medicamentos. Este fluxo de trabalho é aplicável a portadores de medicamentos de qualquer tipo.
