Para projetar racionalmente adjuvantes eficientes, desenvolvemos emulsão de Pickering estabilizada por nanopartículas poli-láticas-co-glicólicas (PNPE). O PNPE possuía maciez única e uma interface hidrofóbica para contato celular potente e oferecia carga de antígenos de alto conteúdo, melhorando a afinidade celular do sistema de entrega às células apresentadoras de antígenos e induzindo a internalização eficiente de antígenos.
