Mikronukleusanalysen (MN) er en veletablert test for å kvantifisere DNA-skade. Å score analysen ved hjelp av konvensjonelle teknikker som manuell mikroskopi eller funksjonsbasert bildeanalyse er imidlertid arbeidskrevende og utfordrende. Denne artikkelen beskriver metodikken for å utvikle en kunstig intelligensmodell for å skåre MN-analysen ved hjelp av avbildningsflowcytometridata.
