Hier wird ein Protokoll vorgestellt Kinesin-1 Ladungen zu identifizieren. Ein motorlose Mutante des Kinesin-1 schweren Kette (KIF5B) Aggregate im Zytoplasma und induziert die Aggregation der Ladungen. Beide Aggregate werden unter Fluoreszenzmikroskopie nachgewiesen. Eine ähnliche Strategie Ladungen anderer Motor-Proteine zu identifizieren, eingesetzt werden.
