Ein<em> In-vitro-</em> Verfahren zur Herstellung von funktionellen Glucocorticoid-Rezeptor (GR) • hsp90-Protein-Komplexe aus gereinigten Proteinen und zellulären Lysaten beschrieben. Das Verfahren nutzt Immunadsorption von rekombinantem GR durch Salz-Strippen und Protein-Komplex Rekonstitution gefolgt. Die Bedeutung von Kofaktoren und Puffer-Bedingungen diskutiert werden, wie potenzielle Methode geeignet sind.
