Wir beschreiben den Prozess der Isolierung hochreiner Herpesvirus Nukleokapsid DNA aus infizierten Zellen. Die endgültige DNA aus der Lösung erfasst ist von hoher Konzentration und Reinheit und ist damit ideal für Hochdurchsatz-Sequenzierung, high fidelity PCR-Reaktionen, und Transfektionen neue virale Rekombinanten produzieren geeignet.
